FOAMING AGENTS 

Our egg-white replacer can be used to make meringues and other baking products, showcasing their excellent foaming power. 

HEAT-SET GELS

Our proteins show excellent gelling behavior and are able to form heat-set gels, which are similar to egg-white proteins.

It can be used as an alternative to methyl cellulose in meat replacers as it retains it gel-strength at lower temperatures

EMULSIFIERS

Our proteins are able to stabilize emulsions. We can provide water-soluble and non-soluble ingredients that have a strong emulsifying power, but different modes of action.
