FUMI Ingredients uses natural micro-organisms such as baker's and brewer's yeast and micro-algae. We believe that there is no need to use GMOs for the production of food ingredients.
So how do we do it then? We have developed a mild and scalable process, which is able to recover unique compounds from these untapped resources. Obviously, no chemicals are used in our process!
